9 Response to "[Head To Head] N8 vs N82 Pictures Shots !"
Hey there,
Nice collection of shots! Both were great! Especially since I just bought an N82 recently. Would be nice if it was clearly stated which pictures were which... I assumed the N8's were listed first, then N82s.
Thanks!
The lower pictures (2nd shots) have nearly always the better quality (contrast, details, colors). I suppose (hope) they belong to the N8?
I believe that the second shots were N8's. But the N82 is still doing such great work. Amazing.
in order, the N82 followed by N8 as i've mentionned in the begining of the post (you can view pictures also in flickr to vew the details, EXIF etc.), this is just the part one ! more deeper test will follow for the review, stay tuned, to be brief, in some situations the N82 is better than the N8 (also the flash management is sometimes better on the N82) you'll have my first verdict in the upcoming days, stay tuned !
The second set are better except for the foot shot.
Since N82 has a bigger flash, the shots in night with flash on might be better compared to N8
well the n8 pictures are sharper and more detailed in almost every situation, so in my optnion the n82 is a 2- and the nb is an 1- in school notes.
I also got both handys and the n8 makes great pictures, but noise amount is a bit higher on n8 than on the n82.
I'd wish to see an noise reduction option in the menu!
it seems there is not much nosie reduction on the n8 which is good but i'd love to see an option to switch it on and off.
The night performance is good on n8 and was fine on n82 too.
I have owned a sony dslr camera , that wasn`t able to make useable shots in night with free hand, the nokia cams can do it easily.
GREAT tools for everytime.
The rest of features on the n8 is imense!!!!! The best phone ver built.
Did you use automatic settings of the N8 camera?
For me it seems you adjusted white balance or color tone manually from the camera before taking the shots. Am I right?
all settings were keeped untouched for both N8 and N82, you can view the EXIF on flickr
