Symbian Foundation have been working on new Symbian Signed test criteria supposed to "guarantee the origin of the application and to ensure that the application is 'well-behaved' when installed onto the device" and they're asking for developers' input.

The Symbian Signed improvements which you'll have read about on the Symbian Blog, and in postings made here, are taking a look at the whole Symbian Signed process. We're looking at the process from the point of view of the developer, the OEM, the Operator and the others involved to try to identify where we can change things to make the process quicker, cheaper and less complex.
